We have presented our version three dimensionally pivoted on an 18mm cultured south sea pearl a tutu formed by marquise diamonds and natural fancy yellow Briollettes, suspended over fresh water pearls. Having natural Unheated yellow sapphire tumbles as the centrepiece.
